Mathepedia is a professional mathematical encyclopedia dedicated to pure mathematics. Aimed to create a public space for mathematical concept explanation and discussion, Mathepedia is designed to serve as a structured and reliable reference for mathematical concepts, definitions, and theories.

Mission

Mathepedia seeks to provide a resource that is logically precise, conceptually clear, and mathematically rigorous. We believe that all mathematical ideas — from the foundational arithmetic operations to the well-combined calculus — deserve to be documented with precision and quality. Scope

Mathepedia focuses exclusively on pure mathematics, including but not limited to:

Rigor and rendering

All content is written with a commitment to mathematical rigor and consistency. Definitions are given in precise form where possible, often accompanied by equivalent formulations or categorical interpretations when appropriate.

The render of formulas on different client devices should not be a problem. Therefore, Mathematical expressions are typeset using standard LaTeX, ensuring clarity and uniformity across platforms through MathJax rendering.
